Steel Frame Building Packages
The REPco Steel Frame Building Package includes the following materials unless otherwise noted:

8 3/8" exterior walls with 6" studs, hat channels both sides for thermal break and stability. The walls include studs (structural and window and door framing, track, hat channels, box type headers, connector plates, angles and screws to assemble. Structural and header studs are labeled and cut to length. For homes using ICF or concrete walls, these walls are deleted.

3 1/2" interior walls (not 3 5/8" - standard doors do not fit 3 5/8") include studs (24" o.c.) structural or drywall, track, headers, bracing as required, clips, angles and the screws to assemble. In all areas where drywall studs are used, 18GA 3 1/2" studs are supplied for both sides of all door openings.

Floor systems include steel joists or unassembled steel trusses, headers, beams, clips, plates and the screws to assemble. Based on span and load, joists are either 8", 10" or 12" deep. Floor trusses are 16", 18"or 24" deep or as required for the application. Pattern trusses are included with screw holes in place. All members are labeled and cut to length for proper placement.

Roof systems are designed with trusses for maximum strength and faster, more accurate field assembly. Typical spacing is 4'-0" O.C. Included are roof trusses (components are labeled, coped and cut to length), hat channels (spaced 2'-0" O.C. on top and bottom chords), rafters where required, valley framing, ceiling joists, continuous 6" subfascia material (bent at the pitch of the roof) for attachment of trim and gutter, soffit framing, headers, beams clips, angles, plates and the screws to assemble.

Drawings and code related items- Architectural (if required) and structural - 5 sets. Structurals include: wall drawings (all are designed and all studs are labeled) Floor system and Roof systems- all assemblies are labeled and assembly drawings are included. Seals and calculation packages are available for all states.

General notes: structural steel track and stud materials are supplied as engineered in the following gauges: 20, 18, 16, 14 and 12GA. Roof, ceiling and exterior wall hat channels are 20 GA (structural), hats used on the inside of the exterior walls are 25GA.
